Jakarta, February 26, 2025 – PT Bio Tech Indo successfully organized a specialized training workshop on “Protein Analysis” at the Biomolecular Laboratory, Esa Unggul University. This event aimed to provide insights into advanced techniques in protein research and featured hands-on training sessions led by industry experts and academics.
The workshop covered three key topics:
- Principles and Applications of Chemiluminescence Imaging System
- Sample Homogenization Techniques for Protein Analysis Using a Homogenizer
- Vertical Electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE for Protein Separation
The event was officially opened with welcoming remarks from Dr. Titta Novianti, M.Biomed, Head of the Biotechnology Program at Esa Unggul University. She emphasized the importance of hands-on training for researchers and students in the field of molecular biology. “This workshop provides a valuable opportunity to bridge theory and practice, equipping participants with essential skills in protein analysis,” she stated.
The training featured two esteemed speakers, Leo Liu, Key Account Manager of Wuhan Servicebio Technology Co., Ltd, and Ramdhan Putra Setya, M.Si, a doctoral student at IPB University. They shared their expertise on various protein analysis techniques, including chemiluminescence imaging systems, sample homogenization, and protein separation using vertical electrophoresis and SDS-PAGE.
Participants, including students, researchers, and biotech professionals, actively engaged in hands-on sessions, gaining direct experience with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. The interactive format allowed them to deepen their understanding of protein analysis techniques essential for research and diagnostics.
